Jahorina GO — Terms of Use
Rules for using the Jahorina GO mobile app, activity tracking, maps and related services.

This document applies to the Jahorina GO mobile app. Accommodation bookings and other Jahorina Travel website services have separate terms.
01. Publisher and use of these terms
Jahorina GO is published by Kreativni softver RSplaneta, Isidore Sekulic 27, 71420 Pale, Bosna i Hercegovina. Contact: developer@rsplaneta.com. These terms govern the app, not bookings or services offered by listed businesses. Registration is optional; core local functions work without an account. Use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
02. Purpose and mountain safety
The app is a visitor guide and personal activity log. It is not a rescue service, does not summon help automatically, provides no live operator monitoring and does not replace professional navigation or training. A route or pin does not guarantee accessibility, access rights, availability or safety. Follow closures, signs and official instructions; match your activity to your ability, conditions and equipment. Do not operate the phone during hazardous movement.
03. GPS, steps and offline maps
GPS, speed, altitude, distance and steps are estimates affected by the device, terrain and battery restrictions. Active recording uses a foreground location service and notification, including with the screen locked. Paused movement is not counted; finishing stops active tracking. Offline cartography has regional and date limits; zooming adds no new detail. Downloading or caching does not make Live information current.
04. Live, Ski Info and visitor places
Piste/lift status, forecasts and cameras come from external sources and may be stale or unavailable. MET Norway provides a model forecast, not a local observation. Cameras may show older images. Check official notices and conditions; the app never overrides a closure. Places show names, categories and locations without promising hours, prices or quality. Directions are provided by an external service under its terms.
05. Accounts, points, awards and leaderboard
Protect account access and do not impersonate others. False, abusive or unlawful nicknames/scores and service interference are prohibited. Points and awards are motivational, have no monetary value and do not encourage unsafe speed. Test, invalid and suspicious activities do not earn regular rewards. The leaderboard is optional and informational, not independently verified sporting evidence. The current app has no leave-leaderboard button. Contact the publisher to request removal of public data or request account deletion. Signing out does not remove public entries.
06. Sharing, copyright and external services
Share only photos/content you have rights to use. Share Studio may reveal routes and personal information; check the image and recipients. We cannot retract copies stored by other services. Software, fonts, icons, maps and data have separate licences listed in the app. Do not remove attribution or copy third-party photos without permission. The app does not sell listed businesses’ services or currently process payments.
07. Account deletion and local data
Profile → Delete account requires fresh authentication and confirmation. To request deletion outside the app, email developer@rsplaneta.com with the subject “Jahorina GO — account deletion”. Online deletion removes the linked profile, statistics, achievements and ranking; local activities remain. An interrupted response does not confirm the outcome. Apple-linked deletion is currently unavailable; contact the publisher to submit a request. Signing out does not erase data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
08. Liability, changes and disputes
Service and external information can be interrupted or inaccurate. Limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, compensation rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Bosnia and Herzegovina law and applicable Republika Srpska rules govern, without overriding other mandatory user rights. Disputes go to the court competent under law; you may first seek an amicable resolution through the publisher. Material changes are communicated through updated terms and the available contact; new processing purposes need an appropriate basis.
