This winter, the “Igrista” Ski Center attracted over 5,000 visitors, who made nearly 50,000 passes on its vertical transport installations. This completely new ski center, operating for just 23 days, has already positioned itself as one of the most exciting ski resorts in the region.
According to center representatives, “Igrista” quickly gained popularity thanks to its well-maintained slopes, 45 centimeters of snow cover, and modern facilities meeting the highest standards. Its excellent accessibility is a major advantage – the destination is just a few hours’ drive from Belgrade, with improved connections via the newly opened Šabac-Loznica road section, while its proximity to Tuzla Airport further simplifies travel.
With a state-of-the-art six-seater lift capable of transporting 2,500 skiers per hour, two wide slopes built to FIS standards, and a dedicated training and recreation area, “Igrista” is already setting new benchmarks in winter tourism. Its potential was further demonstrated by hosting the BiH Alpine Cup in slalom and giant slalom disciplines, placing it among destinations ready for major sports competitions.
For those seeking relaxation, the “Ozon” bar offers a perfect retreat, surrounded by the region’s famously pure air, recognized as a natural spa. Visitors can also purchase ski passes for Jahorina here, making it convenient to plan winter activities.
Evenings at “Igrista” are enriched by performances from popular music artists. Guests can look forward to concerts by Romana on January 24, Jovana Pajić on January 31, Mirza Selimovic on February 7, and Nenad Jovanovic on February 21.
This ski center combines natural beauty, sports activities, and vibrant entertainment, making it a must-visit for winter enthusiasts. Representatives from the Olympic Center emphasize that this is just the beginning of a success story poised to last for many years to come.
