All apartments, ranging from 27 m² to spacious 45 m², are designed with separate entrances and equipped to the highest standards of comfort and modernity. The 201 apartment covers an area of 47 m² and offers various options to meet the diverse needs of guests.
In each apartment, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a television, a spacious double bed, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the gondola. Whether choosing an apartment with one or two bedrooms, guests will enjoy comfort and privacy. The maximum capacity of the apartments is 6 people, making them an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or couples.
Additionally, the apartments feature spring water, providing guests with a refreshing experience during their stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.
Guests can relax knowing that breakfast is available every morning from 7 to 9 am, providing them with energy for the upcoming day on the slopes or exploring the surroundings.
To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Also, pets are not allowed to ensure the hygiene and safety of all guests.

Prices are based on bed and breakfast, with a minimum stay of 3 nights (regardless of the number of persons in the apartment). For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price increases by 20%. The stay includes breakfast, parking, and New Year’s Eve (buffet gala dinner, live music, fireworks).
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 50% of the total price. Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice. Reservations can be canceled 14 days before the arrival date with a full refund of the paid amount. For cancellations within 14 days before the arrival date, the owner retains 50% of the paid advance.
