Controller and contact<\/h2>\n<p>The controller for processing determined by Jahorina GO is its publisher Kreativni softver RSplaneta, a sole proprietor in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Isidore Sekulic 27, 71420 Pale, Bosna i Hercegovina. Public brand: RS Planeta. Enquiries and requests: <a href=\"mailto:developer@rsplaneta.com\">developer@rsplaneta.com<\/a>. Associated sites: <a href=\"https:\/\/rsplaneta.com\">https:\/\/rsplaneta.com<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/jahorinatravel.com\">https:\/\/jahorinatravel.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-2\">\n<h2>02. Data and purposes<\/h2>\n<p>On-device processing includes GPS points\/timestamps, altitude\/speed\/accuracy, activity type\/duration, distance, available steps, notes, history and interrupted-recording recovery. Profile, country, avatar and settings personalize the app. Selected photos support local editing and Share Studio export. We do not request contacts, SMS or continuous gallery access.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-3\">\n<h2>03. Location and background operation<\/h2>\n<p>Precise location supports position display and recording you initiate. A foreground location service with a notification continues active recording when the screen is off or the app is not visible. Manage permissions in system settings; denial may prevent a function. Stop recording before withdrawing permission. Current cloud sync does not upload the sequence of GPS points or complete routes. Export\/sharing and external directions are separate user actions.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-4\">\n<h2>04. Optional account, sign-in and leaderboard<\/h2>\n<p>Supabase Authentication processes email, account identifier and session data for sign-in. Google\/Apple sign-in, where available, exchanges identity tokens and approved profile data. You do not give the app your Google\/Apple password. Cloud data includes profile name, points, level, award dates and aggregate\/best statistics by sport, not full local history or GPS routes. A selected profile photo is processed on-device into a 256 \u00d7 256 thumbnail, up to 300,000 bytes, and stored for signed-in accounts in owner-accessible private Supabase Storage. You separately choose to join the leaderboard: your profile name, scores and available thumbnail then become public. The public thumbnail copy is accessible by public URL without sign-in. There is currently no leave-leaderboard button; contact the publisher to request removal of public data or request account deletion. Signing out does not remove public data. Do not publish a name\/photo you do not want associated with a public score.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-5\">\n<h2>05. Legal bases and choice<\/h2>\n<p>Requested core functions and optional accounts support provision of the service you request. Optional publication of scores and sharing depend on your choice and consent where required. Minimal security and abuse prevention may require a legitimate interest subject to balancing; legal obligations have a separate basis. A system permission alone is not a complete legal basis. Use local functions without a cloud account and choose not to join the public leaderboard. After joining, send removal requests to the publisher.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-6\">\n<h2>06. Recipients, APIs and transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Supabase provides Auth\/database\/Storage services; Google\/Apple process their sign-in. MET Norway, Jahorina Travel, OC Jahorina and camera\/map servers receive network information such as IP addresses and content requests. Forecasts use the configured Jahorina location, not your GPS route. Online map requests may reveal the viewed region. Your chosen sharing\/directions service receives the content you submit under its rules. There is no separate advertising or analytics service. Hosting location and subprocessors depend on provider arrangements; international transfers require appropriate contracts and safeguards. Ask the publisher for details.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-7\">\n<h2>07. Retention and security<\/h2>\n<p>Local history remains until app data is removed; there is no automatic day-based expiry. Online profile and aggregate progress remain while you use the account or until deletion is requested; inactive accounts do not automatically expire. Public offline leaderboard cache is displayed for at most 24 hours after retrieval; this is not the database retention period. Auth tokens use secure storage and connections use HTTPS. Activity files are not claimed to have separate encryption. Android app backup is disabled; iOS\/device backups follow separate rules. Technical logs\/backups follow the actual provider plan, not a marketing-selected period. We do not promise immediate physical erasure of every copy.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-8\">\n<h2>08. Deletion and your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Start account deletion through Profile \u2192 Delete account, authenticate again and confirm. To request deletion outside the app, email <a href=\"mailto:developer@rsplaneta.com\">developer@rsplaneta.com<\/a> with the subject \u201cJahorina GO \u2014 account deletion\u201d. Confirmed success deletes the active online account and linked profile, statistics, achievements and ranking. Network failure can leave the outcome unconfirmed. Local history remains; Android Settings \u2192 Apps \u2192 Jahorina GO \u2192 Storage \u2192 Clear data removes history, settings and offline files. The deletion request also covers linked private and public profile thumbnails. Changing\/removing the profile photo updates\/removes active cloud copies. Remove on-device originals and already shared copies separately; copies held by others cannot be recalled. Apple-linked deletion awaits appropriate revocation; submit requests through the publisher contact. For access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal, write to <a href=\"mailto:developer@rsplaneta.com\">developer@rsplaneta.com<\/a>; rights apply under applicable law. We may require proportionate identity verification; never send passwords or tokens. We respond without undue delay within statutory periods. You may complain to the BiH Personal Data Protection Agency (<a href=\"https:\/\/azlp.ba\">https:\/\/azlp.ba<\/a>), or another competent authority where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"jt-ac-block\" id=\"jgo-privacy-en-9\">\n<h2>09. Children and policy changes<\/h2>\n<p>The app has no child-directed content or advertising. Minors should use services with a legal representative where required by law. We do not claim that technical age verification is implemented. Parents\/guardians may contact the publisher about a child\u2019s data.
