Each apartment features a television, a large king-size bed for complete comfort, and a terrace with a spectacular view of the gondola and the surroundings.
Whether you choose a one or two-bedroom apartment, the maximum capacity is up to 6 people, making it a perfect destination for couples, families, or groups of friends. Additionally, guests can enjoy spring water in the apartments, providing an extra touch of the natural environment.
For added convenience, guests can use complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout their stay. Furthermore, parking space is provided, ensuring safe parking during the visit.

Prices are based on bed and breakfast, with a minimum stay of 3 nights (regardless of the number of persons in the apartment). For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price increases by 20%. The stay includes breakfast, parking, and New Year’s Eve (buffet gala dinner, live music, fireworks).
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 50% of the total price. Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice. Reservations can be canceled 14 days before the arrival date with a full refund of the paid amount. For cancellations within 14 days before the arrival date, the owner retains 50% of the paid advance.
